2 weeks in and we are moving forward with our Spring into Action campaign! Our campaign addresses three areas of need, Ongoing support for our residential house- Goal- $50,000, program materials- Goal-$ 10,000 and a transportation van/SUV- Goal- $30,000. Our goal is to raise $90,000.
House needs are: 3 Bunk Beds with stairs Outdoor sitting area Garden/Landscaping Needs Gutters New Windows Transportation needs: We currently are in desperate need for a 9- 10 passenger van to serve our residents to activities, classes, appointments and more! Operational Needs: Increased Insurance costs Heating and Air Maintenance Utilities 3 Although we inch toward a safer, more secure community for these women every day, our work is far from over. The epidemic of addiction and human trafficking in our country is the top two organized crime in the United States. We would not be able to serve these amazing women without support! These contributions are essential to changing their lives for the better! I am writing to ask for you to prayerfully consider supporting these women. We need your help. We budget our program, house needs, treatment, program materials, and transportation for women every year. Together, we can continue improving the lives of women like Lesley. WOW! We just crossed over 6 years in ministry of Breaking Free! We have a 72% success rate! What a difference in 72 months! I am humbled and grateful to God for His leading in this ministry. Lives being restored and transformed because of His Love for them! These women come from addiction, human trafficking, and trauma. How can we not be the hands and feet to help them heal and walk in freedom? I am grateful to our faithful friends and prayer partners who saw the vision and help us each, and every day. We are forever grateful for God's guiding hands as we move into the future! I am reminded of my life verse: Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, not to harm you but to give you a hope and a future. Yes, these women have hope and a future because of His unfailing love for them. What makes us different?We work with families, individuals, probation officers, courts, throughout Kentucky and other states to bring success to women through our program. We have a 72% success rate over women leaving our program over the last 5 years of a job, housing and transportation.
The 18+ month residential program is completely donor supported, and biblically-based program for women coming from addiction and/or sex trafficking. Our mission is to help women permanently stop destructive cycles, discover purpose for their lives, and experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, and life-transforming power. These women have often been in multiple treatment facilities and seen by handfuls of therapists but are unable to have long-term success. At Breaking Free, we see each woman’s potential and come alongside her to receive healing and transformation. This includes communicating with family in a healthy way, restoring healthy relationships, creating goals for themselves and working to become a member of the community. As they move through the program, our program is designed to help them work on areas of accountability, triggers and other factors to help them BEFORE they walk out of the program. They are building a support team who will encourage them, hold them accountable and help them achieve a life of freedom. They have taken the right steps to get help and change their life. We are so proud to be a part of their success! 
Meet Lesley...
Lesley came to Breaking Free Ministry broken and hurting from the pain of losing a child. Notwithstanding she was declared brain dead at the same time. But God had other plans! The death of her child drove her into a deep dark place of addiction that took her to rock bottom. "Coming to Breaking Free Ministry changed my life. I realized within a few days there, I was loved and I realized how much pain I was in. I had guilt and shame from my past addiction and prior to coming, I didn't even know if I was capable of a free life. I spent the next 18 months working on myself, healing from my past with leaders and counselors and finding out how much God loved me." “Breaking Free Ministry helped me to heal and in the last stage of my 12-18 month program, I was able to restore my relationship with my family, my daughter and I have rebuilt a relationship again. It helped me with financial goals, I have a fulltime job, bought my own car, living in the responsible living duplex and helped me celebrate moving day! Breaking Free Ministry remains a huge part of my life and I have ongoing support and friends. I still attend classes, recovery meetings and serve others to be grateful for all God has done for me. I couldn't have accomplished all of this without their help." Lesley's story is just one of many! 5 YEARS IN OUR RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM HOUSE!
72% Success Rate over the 5 years upon completion of our 12-18 month program! We just crossed over 6 years in ministry of Breaking Free! We are currently starting our 5th year in our 12-18 month Residential Program House. We have a 72% success rate when our women leave our program. They leave with financial management, a fulltime job, car bought and paid for by themselves and housing. Even after 3, 6, 9, 12 months of consistent follow up, we still stay connected with them for support! We are blessed and honored to be a community of support!
WE NOW HAVE A DUPLEX FOR RESPONSIBLE LIVING!We are excited that October 1st, two of our residents have moved into our duplex! They are working a fulltime job, paid and bought a car and housing!
Looking forward to see all God will do in their lives this coming year! 
OUR NEEDS
As a non-profit, inflation is a killer. We need your help. We budget getting our women to treatment, doctor appointments, house needs, program materials, work, school and church.
